NitiX provides AI-powered automated trading solutions for cryptocurrency futures markets. The services are designed to help users invest without requiring manual intervention or technical trading experience. Users select predefined strategies, and the AI system executes trades based on real-time market analysis.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. By registering, you confirm that you are not a citizen or resident of a jurisdiction where the use of cryptocurrency trading platforms is restricted or prohibited by law.

To use certain features of NitiX, you may need to register an account and verify your identity. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account. Sharing accounts with third parties is strictly prohibited.

You agree not to engage in the following activities while using NitiX:

• Engaging in fraudulent or unlawful behavior
• Attempting to interfere with the operation of the platform or AI systems
• Uploading or distributing malicious code

By using NitiX, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with cryptocurrency markets and automated trading technologies. Market conditions can change rapidly, and performance may vary.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NitiX shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the Services
• Unauthorized access to your account
• Errors or inaccuracies in AI-generated trading decisions
• Platform outages or service disruptions

All content, trademarks, algorithms, and design elements of NitiX are the exclusive property of NitiX Technologies. You may not use, copy, or distribute any material without prior written consent.

During the withdrawal process, users may be subject to a multi-stage clearance procedure involving the following steps:

• Account activation fee – a one-time commission required to validate new accounts and ensure compliance with platform protocols.
• Identity verification fee – applicable to secure and authenticate ownership of the account and assets.
• Final transaction handling fee – covers the cost of releasing and processing the total funds to the user's designated wallet or bank account.

These steps are sequential and mandatory for the first withdrawal. All related fees may be reflected in the payout summary before disbursement. Users are advised to complete these steps in order to ensure full access to their funds.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of the Services after modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
